"B" GROUP DRIVING LICENCE

B group driving licence authorizes for driving of
- Motor vehicles with maximum authorized weight not exceeding 3 500 kg and with no more than 8 passenger seats except for driver’s seat; a trailer with maximum authorized weight not exceeding 750 kg may be towed.
- Tractors and self-propelled working vehicles with maximum authorized weight not exceeding 3 500 kg.
- Vehicle combinations with maximum authorized weight not exceeding 3 500 kg and maximum authorized weight of a trailer not exceeding unladen vehicle weight.
Conditions for granting of driving licence:
- Age 18
- Medical fitness
- Professional fitness
Training extent:
Theory instruction
- 5 classes: instruction in vehicle operation regulations
- 1 class: instruction in vehicle driving and maintenance
- 3 classes: instruction in driving theory and safe driving
- 1 class: first-aid instruction
- 1 class: revision and tests
Practical training
- 28 classes: vehicle driving training
- 2 classes: hands-on maintenance training
- 4 classes: practical first-aid training
