Final Examination
You will arrange the date of your examination so that it follows the termination of the training and to avoid a long gap between your last drive and the examination. As a rule you have your last drive two days before the examination.
The driving school applies for the examination on your behalf.
The examination is carried out by an examination commissioner of the Magistrate of the capital city of Prague, takes place at the driving school, is done in one day and has three parts:
- written test on the Highway Code and first aid training (30 minutes)
- oral examination on handling and maintenance of a vehicle (save for category AM)
- driving test
Examination with an Interpreter
If you don't speak Czech well you may take the final written test and the oral examination on maintenance of the vehicle with an interpreter. The examination is carried out by an interpreter reading the questions and answers and you marking the correct answers. Our driving school will prepare you well for the examination. We have texts as well as examination questions with answers ready in English and Russian languages for you to study at home.
Repeat Examination
If you do not pass some part of the examination, you will repeat only that part of the examination. You may take the repeat examination no sooner than after five business days from the day of the unsuccessful examination. All examinations must be passed within 6 months from the beginning of the first examination; otherwise you must attend new teaching and training in full before the next examination.
