How to apply?
If you have opted for one of our courses, you have first to satisfy mainly the admission requirements set by Act No.247/2000 Sb. in s. 13(1) as follow:
- to file a written application (see below)
- to meet the age condition for a respective group: to start instruction and training within 18 months before attaining this age
- to present a medical capability certificate (see the form below)
- to have a permanent or temporary place of residence in the Czech Republic that shall be proved by:
- Czech citizens mainly by a ID card
- EU or EEA nationals by a temporary residence certificate issued by the Czech Foreign Police
- third country nationals by a long-stay visa
- foreign mission members or foreign mission technical staff by an appropriate ID card
- not to be subject to a penalty or ban of driving (an affirmation must be made on the application form)

GP’s stamp has to bear a legible doctor’s name (typed or in capital letters). The stamp has also to read "General Practitioner". Your application must be signed under Act no. 361/2000 Coll. by a GP with whom you are registered for medical care, a works´ doctor or any GP.
If you have not a GP of your own, we can arrange for a medical examination with a GP next to our driving school.

„Contacts“.
We will agree on all details relating to the beginning of your driving lessons.
On filing your application you have to settle course fees or an advance payment amounting to a half of the course fees.
